Mount Sinai Hospital’s Working C.A.R.E.R.S. Offers New Virtual Program

reitman-centreAre you caring for a loved one who is living with Alzheimer’s or another type of dementia?

Mount Sinai Hospital’s Reitman Centre is now making it easier for caregivers to connect with other caregiving employees experiencing similar challenges.

The Hospital has partnered with LifeWorks to offer a virtual format to Working C.A.R.E.R.S. (Coaching, Advocacy, Respite, Education, Relationship, Simulation), a comprehensive training program designed to help reduce the emotional strain of dementia caregiving.

In this new format, participants can interact in online group sessions from the comfort of their own home and at no cost.
